Parties and scope

Subject of the agreement

• This User Agreement governs the conditions of use of the mobile application Football Life Simulator 2027 (“FLS 27”, “the App”), between the natural person using the App (“the User”) and the rightsholders of the App, Enfessoft Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Novetra Teknoloji (“the Rightsholders”).
• Downloading, installing or using the App means that you have read and accepted this agreement.
• If you do not accept these conditions, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.

• On the Google Play Store the App is published by Novetra Teknoloji.
• Whichever store it was obtained from, this agreement applies unchanged; the difference in publisher does not alter the User’s rights.

Definitions

In this agreement

• App: the mobile game software named Football Life Simulator 2027 (“FLS 27”) and all of its updates.
• Store: the Apple App Store and Google Play Store platforms on which the App is distributed.
• Virtual Gold: an in-game unit used only inside the App, with no real monetary value.
• Subscription: an automatically renewing paid service granting additional entitlements for a monthly period.

Licence of use

Rights granted

• The Rightsholders grant the User a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence of use.
• The App is not sold, only licensed. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by the Rightsholders.
• The licence is limited to personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Sign-in and account

Platform account

• The App does not create a user account of its own; it does not ask you for an email address, a password or a registration form.
• Sign-in is performed through Google Play Games on Android devices and Apple Game Center on iOS devices, and is subject to the terms of the relevant platform provider.
• Being unable to sign in does not prevent use of the App; only the cloud save and cross-device transfer features become unavailable.

Purchases

Payment and billing

• All payments inside the App are made through Google Play or the App Store. The Rightsholders do not process or store card details, bank details or any other payment instrument information.
• Prices are set by the store and shown in your local currency according to your country. The App only reads price information from the store.
• A purchase is granted to your account after it has been verified by the store. Where a purchase cannot be verified, no entitlement is granted and the payment is refunded by the store.
• Refund requests, billing and payment disputes are subject to the policies of the relevant store and are addressed directly to that store.

Subscriptions

Automatically renewing subscription

• The App offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Professional and Legend. Each tier is offered as a monthly plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription extends by itself and the fee is charged to your store account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation is carried out only from the subscription settings of your store account; a subscription cannot be cancelled from inside the App. The cancel button in the App takes you to the store’s subscription management page.
• Cancellation does not terminate a period already paid for. Subscription entitlements continue unchanged until the end of the period, after which the account returns to the free tier.
• Subscription entitlements vary by tier and may include monthly gold, a discount on purchases made with gold, an additional career save slot and the removal of mandatory advertising.

Right of withdrawal and digital content

Performance of digital content

• In-app purchases are digital content performed at the moment the price is collected.
• Under Turkish legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning digital content that is performed instantaneously in an electronic environment and is not supplied on a tangible medium.
• This does not remove the rights arising from the stores’ own refund policies. Refund requests are addressed directly to the relevant store.
• In European Union countries, your rights arising from consumer legislation that cannot be excluded by contract are reserved.

Virtual gold

In-game unit

• Gold is a virtual unit used only inside the App. It carries no real monetary value and is neither a deposit nor electronic money.
• Gold cannot be sold, transferred to other users, converted into real money or refunded.
• The gold balance is stored signed by the device’s hardware-backed security component. If the signature or the device binding cannot be verified, the balance is not deleted, but spending is temporarily suspended and the situation is reported inside the App.
• If the App is discontinued, no payment or compensation may be claimed in respect of an unused gold balance.

Advertising

Ad delivery

• Free use of the App is financed by advertising revenue. Advertising is served through Google AdMob.
• A full-screen interstitial ad may be shown at the end of a match. Frequency is limited and reserved for moments that do not interrupt the flow of play.
• Watching a rewarded ad is entirely optional; watching one grants an in-game reward, and not watching causes no loss of entitlement.
• No mandatory advertising is shown while a subscription granting ad-free use is in effect.

Cloud saves

Backup and restore

• Cloud saving works through Google Play Saved Games on Android devices and iCloud on iOS devices, and is offered as a convenience service.
• No undertaking is given that a backup will be created, preserved or restorable in all circumstances. No liability is accepted for losses.
• Only career progress is written to the cloud. The gold balance and subscription status are not written to the cloud.
• Restoring from the cloud replaces the career saves on the device and cannot be undone. The operation is not performed without your confirmation.

User content

Images you select

• In the profile and social media areas of the App you can select a photo or video from your device. The selected file is copied into the App’s own folder and stays on your device.
• You agree not to use content over which you do not hold the rights, or which infringes the rights of third parties.

Deleting your data

Right of erasure

• The User may delete their game data at any time and without giving a reason, using the “Delete My Data” option in Settings.
• Deletion covers career saves, the photo and video files selected for the profile, the cloud backup and in-game counters.
• The gold balance is not deleted. Gold is an entitlement bought with real money and, because it is stored bound to the device’s security component, it cannot be restored once deleted; for that reason it is preserved.
• The subscription is not deleted, and deleting data does not cancel the subscription. To stop being charged, the subscription must additionally be cancelled from your store account.
• Deletion cannot be undone. Because the Rightsholders hold no copy of the data, deleted records cannot be recovered by any means.

Acceptable use

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access the App’s source code, reverse-engineering, decompiling or modifying it, or producing derivative works, is prohibited.
• Cheat software, automation tools or memory editors intended to alter match results, balances or purchase records may not be used.
• Attempting to create a fake or unverified purchase record is a breach of this agreement.
• On rooted or jailbroken devices, some security and purchase features may not work.
• Breach of these provisions may result in access to the App being terminated.

Intellectual property

Ownership

• The intellectual and industrial property rights in the App’s source code, game mechanics, interface design and original graphic and text content belong jointly to Enfessoft Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Novetra Teknoloji.
• Attributions and licence conditions for assets licensed from third parties are set out on the Copyright page in Settings.
• The App is not affiliated with any football federation, league, club or tournament organiser; it is not endorsed or licensed by such bodies.

Changes to the service and discontinuation

Continuity

• The Rightsholders reserve the right to develop, change or discontinue the features of the App.
• Changes that materially affect paid features are announced inside the App a reasonable time in advance.
• If the App is discontinued, claims relating to subscription periods that have been paid for and not used are assessed within the framework of the relevant store’s refund policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Liability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
• No undertaking is given that the App will operate without interruption or error, or that it will be compatible with every device and operating system version.
• The Rightsholders are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
• In any event, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
• Your rights arising from consumer legislation that cannot be limited by contract are reserved.

Suitability and parental supervision

Content suitability

• The App contains no content requiring an age restriction: there is no violence, obscenity, gambling, betting, alcohol or tobacco content. For that reason no minimum age is imposed by the Rightsholders.
• Nevertheless, the App contains in-app purchases and advertising. For that reason it is not designed as an app directed at children for the purposes of advertising and data protection legislation.
• Users who are minors must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian before making an in-app purchase. Purchase controls at device level can be set from the relevant store settings.
• The App’s age rating is determined by the rating system of the relevant store and is shown on the store page.

General provisions

Assignment, severability and notices

• The User may not transfer their rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties. The Rightsholders may transfer the agreement in the event of a merger or assignment.
• If any provision of the agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
• Failure to exercise a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
• Notices are given by publication inside the App or through the store page. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Governing law and contact

Effect

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
• As a consumer, your rights arising from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence are reserved.
• If the agreement is updated, the new text is published inside the App and the effective date is updated. Continuing to use the App after an update constitutes acceptance.
