Third-party services

- Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit (purchases): payment takes place in the relevant store; the purchase receipt is processed on the device for verification.
- Google Play Games and Apple Game Center (sign-in): a player ID and a display name are received; this information is used on the device only.
- Google Play Saved Games and Apple iCloud (cloud saves): only your career progress is written, into the storage area of your own platform account.
- Google Fonts: the App’s typefaces are downloaded at runtime, and your IP address reaches Google’s servers while this happens.
- Each of these services is subject to its own privacy policy, and the provider in question acts as an independent data controller.
Categories of data processed
Categories
- Identity and contact data: not processed. No name, surname, email address, telephone number or postal address is requested.
- Transaction security data: purchase receipt identifiers and the wallet signature (on the device only).
- Device and marketing data: advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system version (by the advertising provider).
- Visual and audio data: the photo or video you choose for your profile (stays on your device only).

Legal bases for processing
Grounds
- Purchase, subscription and cloud save operations rest on the ground that processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract.
- Fraud prevention, purchase verification and security operations rest on legitimate interests.
- Personalised advertising rests solely on your explicit consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- These grounds correspond to Article 5 of Law No. 6698 and Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Advertising and your consent
Consent management
- Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen provided by Google on first launch.
- If consent is given, advertising is personalised to your interests; if it is not, non-personalised advertising is served. The App remains fully usable either way.
- On iOS devices, Apple’s tracking permission is additionally requested for personalisation. Declining it does not affect your use of the App.
- No ad request is sent before consent has been obtained.
- You can change your decision at any time from the advertising privacy options in Settings.
Permissions and why they are requested
Permissions requested
- Internet access: required for serving advertising, verifying purchases, game sign-in, cloud saves and downloading typefaces.
- Camera: requested only when you choose to take a profile photo. If it is declined, the App continues to work normally.
- Photo and video selection: the operating system’s own picker is used. Your gallery as a whole is never accessed; only the file you select is given to the App.
- Notifications: used for reminders such as energy refills and the end of an injury. Notifications are produced entirely on the device and are never pushed from a server.
- Scheduled alarms and run after restart: so that scheduled local notifications are delivered at the right time and remain valid after the device is restarted.
- Vibration: used to give feedback on goals and important match events, and can be turned off in Settings.
Children’s data
Use by children
- The App’s content is suitable for all ages. However, because it contains advertising and in-app purchases, it is not designed as an app directed at children and it does not knowingly collect data from children.
- Data protection legislation requires parental consent for the processing of data belonging to children under a certain age. That age varies between 13 and 16 across European Union countries.
- A parent or guardian who believes that a child’s data has been processed may contact us at the address above; the data in question will be deleted without delay.
